The Ark Heart Medical (アークハートメディカル会, Āku Hāto Medikaru Kai) is a psychiatric hospital that treated Ayase Kishimoto for her mental illness when she was a child and that Sena Aoi was entrusted to until May 2009 before she ran away.

Since they merged with Tenjin Dorm (天神寮), a non-profit rehabilitation facility, in 2007, they promote themselves with the facade of a non-profit rehab. All psychiatrists, among them Fumio Takashina, were discharged after the merge and then employed at AH Tokyo General Hospital. In actuality, the Ark Heart Medical is a facility run by N.O.Z.O.M.I. with the support of the Cosmic Church of the Divine Light, The Meiwa Party, and the Committee of 300, which kidnapped and tortured children like Ayase when she was younger.

Their purpose was to try to awaken any people that might have latent Gigalomaniac powers as part of Project Noah, in order to develop an artificial Gigalomaniac machine such as Noah II. In the case of Ayase, they succeeded in awakening her powers.

Before the Third Melt, Wataru Sakuma was a former research of Gigaomaniacs at Ark Heart Medical, he also improved Noah II's terminal to gain artificial Gigalomaniacs capabilities. After the destruction of the Noah II, Sakuma lost his position at the committee and became poor.
