The Spark Wars villain Darth Spider’s helmet
Spark Wars (スパークウォーズ, Supāku Wōzu) is a popular movie franchise in the Science Adventure Series. It features an iconic villain Darth Spider (ダース・スパイダー, Dāsu Supaidā), whose mask is a cross between those of Darth Vader and Spider-Man.
It is the Science Adventure Series’s parody of Star Wars, given a different name to avoid copyright issues.
In ChäoS;HEAd[]
The police detective Mamoru Suwa in ChäoS;HEAd is a big fan of the Spark Wars movies and often does Darth Spider cosplay. He does all of the New Generation Madness killings in this disguise, as well as confronting Takumi Nishijou on the roof of the O-Front building to try and get Takumi to awaken his Gigalomaniac powers and manifest a DI-Sword.

- In Steins;Gate, Rintaro Okabe is also a fan of Spark Wars, and his Future Gadget #6, Cyalume Saber, is an imitation of the lightsabers used in Spark Wars. It can glow, and it even has a red liquid inside that is supposed to be usable as fake blood in mock battles.
- Using the costume patch in Steins;Gate makes the character 4°C wear a Darth Spider cosplay.
