Freesia Credit Bureau ( 信用調査 フリージア, Shinyō Chōsa Furii-jia), usually just called “Freesia” for short, is the detective agency run by Katsuko Momose, located in Sakuragaokacho in Shibuya, Tokyo. Both Yasuji Ban and Yua Kusunoki seek out help from Freesia in the New Generation Madness serial murder case.

Work

Freesia operates as information brokers and a private detective agency, gathering as much information as possible on various subjects on behalf of clients who hire them. Freesia always seems to be busy with work, and all desks in the office are frequently seen filled with various papers.

Officially, Freesia calls itself a “private credit bureau”, but it is unknown whether Freesia does any credit bureau work or if that is only a front for the detective agency. Additionally, due to Momose's involvement with the Committee of 300, it is possible some of Freesia's work is related to them as well, but there is no confirmation of that in the game.

Background

Freesia was founded by Momose with Ban's help, though the details on that are unknown. Ban frequently refers to Freesia and Momose for help on his police investigations. Momose is not too enthusiastic about that, and tells Ban that Freesia is not a police division, but still helps him despite that, even without any payment except the sweets Ban gives Momose nearly every time he visits Freesia.

Momose is the founder and the current president of Freesia. Another person mentioned to work there is “Miho-chan“, who is frequently asked by Momose to make tea when Ban visits.
