N.O.Z.O.M.I., short for Noah OrganiZation Of Medical Instruments, also known as The Nozomi Group or just Nozomi, is a group with multiple branches conducting nationally approved business. However, their primary subsidiary, Nozomi Technology, is secretly building a device called Noah II in order to artificially reproduce and wield the power of Gigalomaniacs, as part of Project Noah. It acts as a main antagonistic organization.

The president and CEO of N.O.Z.O.M.I. is Gen'ichi Norose, the mastermind behind Project Noah and main antagonist of ChäoS;HEAd, while Issei Hatano, the father of Sena Aoi, formerly worked there as a researcher. Issei Hatano was responsible for discovering the paper original Takumi Nishijou wrote that had the Ir2 equation on it in elementary school and bringing this equation back to N.O.Z.O.M.I. so they could apply it towards Project Noah in order to develop realbooting technology.

Plot

Five years prior to the story, N.O.Z.O.M.I. became the parent company of FaithWorks Limited, which produces Gero Froggies (Gravitational Error Rate Observer Froggies). They also own Ark Heart Medical and AH Tokyo General Hospital, where they do medical experiments, some involving torturing kidnapped children to attempt to awaken Gigalomaniac powers in them. They even own Suimei Academy, the private high school that all 7 young Gigalomaniacs in ChäoS;HEAd attend. N.O.Z.O.M.I. is connected to The Meiwa Party and the Cosmic Church of the Divine Light, both of which are funding Project Noah.

All of these organizations are all secretly controlled by The Committee of 300, which originally came up with Project Noah as one of its many plans for world domination. Or at least the Committee of 300 originally controlled them, but the 3 leaders of N.O.Z.O.M.I., The Meiwa Party, and the Cosmic Church of the Divine Light have been secretly plotting a rebellion against the Committee, in order to take over the world for themselves rather than let the Committee of 300 be the beneficiaries of all their hard work.
